A local, Helen Suchting comes to Womenspace with an offer of a monthly session of Laughter Club. All welcome, these sessions benefit people of all ages and abilities who want to have fun and laugh in a group to gain the benefits of laughter.
While you probably laugh on your own, laughing with a group is contagious, it is an enjoyable social activity. Helen’s Laughter Club sessions are mindfully guided, playful, light-hearted. The monthly sessions are on the first Saturday of the month 10-11am. The first one falls on Saturday, 1st of April – let’s laugh!
