Full Moon Walks

This event that paused over the COVID years returned with great strength and attendance on 7th of March. It was a wonderful experience we wish to keep going. The Full Moon Walk will extend to Gazing as well. We will set up a ‘base camp’ with drums on the grass area on the foreshore near the Avenues, and those who wish to walk to the Shorncliffe Pier will and might like to return for reflection, drumming, maybe a picnic or a cuppa from a fish and chips shop.
On Thursday, 6 April, the evening before Good Friday we will welcome the Pink Moon. Join us at 6pm when we start walking from Womenspace – 11 Second Avenue, just behind the Sandgate Townhall, to Sandgate foreshore.
This is a free event – donations are always welcomed.
