Enjoy the benefits of yoga whilst being supported by a chair. Stretch, breathe, relax. Chair yoga commences with a short relaxation followed by a flow yoga session, that gives you a full body workout without getting down on the floor. Chair yoga uses a vinyasa flow – employing breath and movement to open up and strengthen your whole body.
